Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)

Semi-Automatic and Robotic welding to AWS D1.1 code requirements

Cobot Welding: Our Vectis Automation Cobot Welding Tool is a flexible and user-friendly mobile system which is suitable for lower volume and high weld content applications.

Small Format Robotic Welding: Our Wolf robotic welding cell is ideally suited for high volume table top work.

Submerged Arc Welding (SAW): Our Automated Sub-Arc is capable of welding of work pieces up to 10 ft. in length. This process is known for its ability to produce high-quality welds while offering deep penetration, suitable for thicker materials.

Large Format Robotic Welding: Our Genesis robotic welding cell is perfect for high volume and high weld content parts and assemblies. Our robotic weld cell includes two independent 60” x 120” rotators with 5,000 # weight capacity on each table. A third independent 72” x 300” travel work zone is suitable for long linear welding.
