As a family owned and operated company the Taylors are hands on business owners and intimately involved in daily operations. Time on the shop floor interacting with employees is routine, promoting their development and wanting them to be informed and get involved and be proud of their work. Quarterly meetings are held with all employees where operational successes and challenges are openly discussed and a percentage of profit is distributed.
