Capital Industries’ 4kW tube laser cutting system is designed to deliver high-precision cutting and efficient processing of tube, pipe, and structural materials. Our Mazak FabriGear 3D tube laser system supports carbon and stainless steel across a wide range of fabrication applications.
Compared to traditional cutting and machining methods, tube laser processing significantly improves manufacturing efficiency while reducing secondary operations, material handling, and overall processing time. The system’s advanced 5-axis capabilities allow for intricate cuts, bevels, coping, slotting, and detailed profiles that would otherwise require multiple fabrication steps.

Material Thickness and Length: Laser profiling system can handle 12½-inch diameter x 26-foot length tubes and thicknesses up to 1/2-inch.
Higher Cutting Speeds: High cutting speeds and tighter tolerances versus lower-wattage systems. Projects can be completed more quickly.
