2,500-Ton Tandem Press Brakes Forming Up To 56 Feet

Capital Industries operates tandem 28-foot CNC press brakes with combined forming capacity up to 56 feet and 2,500 tons. This capability allows us to accurately form large, heavy-duty components that many fabrication shops are unable to accommodate in-house.

Our large-format forming center processes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and alloy metals used in a variety of industrial applications. The tandem configuration enables synchronized forming across long workpieces while maintaining tight tolerances, consistent bend quality, and repeatable results.

These capabilities are ideally suited for large structural fabrications, heavy equipment OEM components, transportation products, power utility equipment, and other oversized industrial applications.
