Capital's numerical
controlled FMS (Flexible
Manufacturing System) performs the work of
several stand alone machines and eliminates
otherwise needed resources. The FMS consists
of an Amada Apelio III 367V, a hydraulic
punch / laser combination machine & Amada
Gemini FO 3015 NT. An AMS 3015 (20) shelf Load Tower
ensures only materials of proper tolerances
are put into production. The pre-programmed
MP 3015 System accurately stacks
parts onto pallets or unloads whole sheets
of punched parts. The FMS Cell is a "lights
out system" that allows for predictable
and consistent throughput times, accurate
planning, and production.
